Over a few years time period I enjoy this particular Boston Market, the food taste better between others in the Connecticut alone, I believe this one suits our soul food just fine, besides service comes with a smile and they have such happy staff. Keep up the good work. I will be coming back for more, in due time.
Ordered a Thanksgiving meal for 10 people and it was great. Not a home-cooked meal but tasted awesome and my whole family was happy. This year right before Thanksgiving we tested positive for covid so couldn't go anywhere to buy food to cook. Our quarantine was up the day before so figured this would be perfect. Wanted it individually wrapped so we can just drop it off for family members but unfortunately it wasn't. They did offer to do it real quick but with how busy they were it was no big deal. The line was out the door and around the building, but there was a nice gentleman who would come out and ask anyone of they had a online order or catering and would tell you to go inside instead of waiting. I was in and out within 5 minutes. He also carried it to my car which was really nice of him. The pies were soooo good too. I will definitely be doing this again! Thank you Boston Market for making my Thanksgiving holiday in a hard time for myself and my family.
This place is clutch for a quick family outing. The rotisserie chicken is always cooked perfectly, the staff is super friendly, and the pricing is reasonable. We are a family of five and everyone can find an option that they like when it comes to the sides.
I absolutely loved my pulled bbq chicken and their bourbon BBQ chicken was delicious.cornbread was good too on the plus side the guys who make the chicken are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the dishes the restaurant offers. Overall, it was worth the money. Great place to get a healthy dinner when you don't feel like or are too tired for cooking.
This market had a great friendly atmosphere manager is friendly. I asked him a few questions of some new items he answered them. He actually gave me a great experience at this Boston market place was clean and definitely different from the last time I was there, but overall I’d give it five stars I love Boston market food it’s always clean love the chicken and the vegetables and just happy that they have these great nuggets there now and just other items now definitely would go back.
Can I say that I get the best customer service in this location. I have come twice now and I had to leave a review. The food was hot and fresh both times we came and I have to add that we showed up at random in between meal times both visits. When we drove by an hour later the parking lot was packed and we knew we were at the right spot to eat. Keep up that service, you’re doing a great job.
The food is realy good. A bit pricey but if you want a good meal with the family this is the place. Nice seating. The staff is very kind. I will definitely return sooner than later. Love the corn bread, its almost like a cake corn bread if there is anything like that. All in all very good food, and service.
